Confidence Affirmation

You know what time it is! Make sure you are reciting your affirmation every day this month OUT LOUD. In order to create positive pathways in your brain, you have to feed it positive thoughts. The more you say it, the more you will start to believe. Don't knock it until you try it. Keep Glowing!

How to:

Repeat your mantra slowly and steadily, concentrating on its sound as fully as you can. Repeat it in unison with the natural rhythm of your breath. Either split it so you repeat half the mantra when you inhale and the other half when you exhale, or repeat it on both the inhalation and the exhalation.

 

"I belong here, and I deserve to take up space"
